WE UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

CANCELLATION: Exhibitor's booth fee will be refundable only if the Wayne County Business Showcase is cancelled by the sponsors for a cause within the sponsors control. The exhibitor shall be responsible for payment of the total exhibit space rental fee whether the Business Showcase is cancelled, delayed, or relocated, in whole or in part, as a result of riot, strike, civil disorder, act of war, act of God, or any other cause or any kind whatsoever not within the sponsors control.

SECURITY: The sponsors will provide, through the location, limited security service during the Business Showcase. However, the exhibitor is solely and fully responsible for its own exhibit material and should insure its exhibit against loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. All property of an exhibitor is understood to remain in its care, custody, and control in transit to or from within the confines of the facility.

USE OF EXHIBIT: All demonstrations or other promotional activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit space. Cash, check or credit card sales are permitted. At least one person (18 years or older) must occupy the exhibit during the show hours. Sufficient space must be provided within the exhibit space for the comfort and safety of persons watching demonstrations and other promotional activity. No firm or organization not assigned exhibit space will be permitted to solicit business within the exhibit area.  Interference with the light and space of other exhibitors is prohibited. All exhibit backgrounds must conform to the standards which are as follows: backgrounds limited to 8 feet in height; no exhibit construction will be permitted to exceed the height of the side rail except in the back one-half of the booth as noted above. Display material exposing an unfinished surface to neighboring exhibit space is not permitted. The sponsors may also remove any exhibit which, in their opinion, detracts from the show without liability for any refunds of the exhibit expenses. Exhibitors agree to be bound by such rules and regulations as may be established from time to time by the sponsoring organization.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: The exhibitor shall hold the sponsors harmless from any liability for damages to any person or property upon or about the demised space from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor may procure, at its own expense and cost, public liability insurance. The sponsors will not provide public liability insurance for the exhibitor.

CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT: Exhibitor, or agents, must not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building, the exhibit spaces, or the equipment of the exhibit spaces. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. All materials used in decoration must be flame-proof. Combustible materials or explosives are not permitted in the building. The exhibitor shall also comply with all reasonable requests of the location and the sponsors with respect to the installation, conduct, and disassembly of its exhibit.

LOCATION OF EXHIBITORS: The sponsors reserve the right to specify all booth locations, however any requests are considered.

NOTICE: If additional tables, chairs, or accessories are needed, you may provide your own or contact All Events Rental at 330-345-2001.
